Just bought the game last week, and as a longtime Ace Combat player, I love the aesthetic this game is going for, but I'm also struggling with the more realistic controls and strategies. This is a great video for someone like me, and I really hope you and the team consider adding some more tutorial missions that teach tactics for players who are new to the more realistic gameplay. Can't wait to see what the final product will be like 💜

That's a super cool play trough! love the tactics and the insider view on the game mechanics, something I'm having a bit of a hard time on is differentiating between IR and radar missiles, good tip on the radar lock coming from the launch site!

Tried this game out before work today. I’m loving it, but I have a few, albeit minor things that would be great to have. Firstly, an intuitive control setup wizard that can easily help you bind your HOTAS. I shouldn’t need to rely on a steam guide to help me properly bind my setup. Secondly, TrackIR is an absolute must have for flight sims. It’s likely going to be one of the most highly requested additions to this game. Many Virtual Pilots, including myself, have this hardware to be able to have a more immersive, less clunky game experience.
This game is so good. I hope you can add TrackIR and/or VR support. Excited for this games' future it is a must buy!! At the very least, Ultrawide support is already great. All the bones are there. Please include tutorial for Mission Editor (I will double check to make sure you didnt already put up something)
Dammit, I was always too afraid of that one R SAM on the farsight plane field, so doesn't even considered flying high. Tickled my plane's belly with the grass and took all the sams one by one. Btw, you can actually kill the Radar and IR SAM with a splash of a one AGM 68 if you pick a good angle.
I would love it if this game had VR It would replay value to the game and would attract a wider demographic The cricket already seems to have a fully modeled interior. Could we get cricket in Vr?

One question, can the player in Nuclear Option experience Red-Out when going lower than -1.1 gs.(if at -2.1 gs for a certain amount of time it can cause the head to explode because blood is being pushed up into the head)
Incorrect. What he's describing in the video is "notching" where the radar missile has a difficult time tracking something that is not flying towards or away from it.

Solid tactics and you really have to play to the strengths of your given aircraft. Love the playtest so far. Keep up the good work.

vr is not planned, but is a possibillity in the *future*, however track ir is coming soon-ish.

ngl, wish it had real planes, or at least real based futuristic planes, kinda like Ace Combat Electrosphere, but the game is fun AF

Does anyone know why my Darkreach doesn't turn on the run way when I spawn in as one?
It can turn only with YAW, other planes will also follow ROLL for some reason.

doesnt flying perpendicular just put the launcher in your radar blind spot? it doesnt actually break the lock, just your detection of it.
