If you have any to shop in your locality, I would suggest that you can only plead them respectfully. I think there is supply also problem if there is enough supply then there should not be a problem. So my empathy is with you because I am also a collector in this country and I understand that difficulty which you face but it is very difficult to do something about it until and unless hot wheels comes to India in a regular way
