But as a child i broke upper side of the bus and i lost it

I have a question most of these cars are imported or the owners bought them when they were out of india , cause i dont think these kind of cars are available in india .
95% of them have to be imports and you are right because they were not available in India. So either they hand carry them when they go abroad or they imported

not really all depends on market demand - even if some are released in bulk they can be rare and even few quantity cars can be in low demand.
hotwheels is very particular about chain of retail - they dont sell from supplier unless u buy 1000 pieces or more.
