good job curtis, im also in hvac business so i can see your fatigue while replacing that condenser motor. this is when mistakes and injuries happen. time to call it quits for the day buddy! go home to the dog and wifey in one piece.
Nothing worse than problems with your own equipment when you’re trying your best to fix someone else’s! Hope the well problem is something simple like a pressure switch and not pump problems! Speaking of nut drivers I had a brand new set that had a 9/32 in it and I managed to lose the whole set first time I used it! That made for a bad day
I keep a 9mm deep well a couple other socket sizes for those nuts, in this case someone had it jacked up for you so don't know that it would have helped. Also felt like the fan blade was stopping a bit quick when you spun it freely.
Being switching /adapting my tool layout after many yrs, multi drivers and such . Happy with the Kleins, BUT, what happened to the 11/32?? If they aren't present, they not deep shaft. Tossed alot of nut drivers to the garage, but kept my 11/32 deep shaft single nut driver in the bag
When you already give out it just seems like things you've done a thousand times become difficult for some reason. It's easy to tell you are really worn out and even worse you now worried about your well pump.
It sucks when things go bad and you got problems at home at the same time. I feel your pain, buddy. I have an old nut drive set that I’ve had for 35 years. I’ll never discard them. Has every size you need?
Do you carry an extra set of clothing to wear in the Van? Everything, including dry socks, underwear, shoes and a plastic bag to put any soiled/wet clothes in. You should even have some of those emergency blankets stowed away.
System will typically throw itself into cool while in defrost and use the heat from the heat strips to essentially pull heat through the condenser coil to make sure the condenser outside doesn’t freeze up while in heat

Your work ethic is remarkable
glad to see I wasn't the only one with a bad day hope tomorrow is better bud
Curtis, you need to get a set of sockets that you can use in your quarter inch hex drive impact

Great job Curtis on a busy and cold day thanks for the video
Good Job Curtis
Great job Curtis and I hope you get your well going 👍
Thanks!
Had the same tool. Did the same thing. Threw it out.
It's time to buy socket sets, sae and metric
You done well Curtis, we do have our good days and bad days at times 🤔 Au
Hope the well pump turned out to be something simple, and NOT expensive, such as a bad pump.
Lizard in the contacts
@@HVACGUY Those little things can cause lots of problems. They give me grief here in Hawaii as well. Glad it was something simple.
Nice work Curtis.
Thanks!
I could tell you had that well on your mind .

Hey bro. The bit you were looking for is green on the opposite side of the yellow 5/16

What was the humming when you tested and then reconnected the capacitor.

I hope you get your water going. They did not want that fan motor to come off did they? What a pain. Nice job
Do it like another HVAC UA-camr, take those fan nuts with a 15 or 18 inch adjustable wrench
Hope u videoed well fix, be interesting.

Just asking these motors have you had any issues with them.
The replacement?
@HVACGUY yes the replacement
HVAC guy what’s the temps down there
29 in the morning
Teek, here in Sydney Australia we have already having 30c to 40c and our summer only starts this month 😮 Au
@@robalexander7348 That would be 90+, F,
@@dfirth224Yes, 30c = 86f 40c =104 f 🥺
Watching you struggle with that is hard to watch
If it was Squealing then maybe there was a Razorback stuck inside the Condenser. 😬👍
Definitely not your day is it?
why is the compressor running if the heat strips are on?
Heat pump
@fernandobazan829 ..... Defrost mode. Google search how a heat pump works.

You shouldn't replace the fan motor because of a intermittent squeak. WD40?
Bearings wobbled as well
SORRY, HAD TO QUIT, NEED SUBTITLES....

Yep
