    This video is exactly what I needed in this moment in time!!!
    I haven’t had a period for 4 months now and it’s beginning to worry me a lot.
    I don’t want to go and see a doctor yet as that’s something I’d want to do as a last resort.
    I’m trying to focus on my nutrition and exercise for the last few weeks and trying to keep myself busy in order to stop overthinking as I feel as though that’s the cause of it.
