As a nurse I know a way to prevent those are bubbles from forming! If u just push gently until a little bit of whatever is in there comes out in a sink or bucket then then the air bubble will not form because there is no air or one does for, it won’t be as bad.

There will always be some air there. The tape around the nozzle isn't airtight... not to mention the pocket of air formed between the two sides of the tape. Also, look at the video again. The nozzle is filled to the brim with liquid. Some is even coming out.

If it worked for the tape than maybe but (as a trans guy who wants to start t) flicking the tip a few times is way easier and doesn't cause you to loose any of the liquid
