I think the counter jungle change is bad for the game. Reduces amount of options to punish the enemy by good map movement or knowing where enemy is and limits jungle pathing in itself
Yeah and that's the reason why jungle is the least played role. You get perma counter jungled and your team doesnt care but if you didn't care for them, you would be flamed so hard. Counter jungle was only possible if your team was 10 IQ and your team prio and activity had the biggest influence in it.

At no point should the enemy laner reach your buff before your own teammate but sadly in solo q things like that happen all the time.

I would just max W, shove the wave as fast as possible, not miss a single CS, and build Kage's lucky pick, Philo stone, and Heart of Gold. The three items combined would generate an extra 900 gold every 10 minutes, and you could get to 4 items in like 20 minutes doing this - never leaving mid taking every CS and farming gold with the items. I sucked at the game but in like two weeks I made it to plat playing this cheesy gold maxing strat.
I’m a fan of the user friendly changes such as more in depth pings, recommended jungle path, etc. helps in my lower elo games to get more consistent junglers, and more drawn out playable games

The objective voting is nice because it announces to your team in a visual sense that someone on your team activated an objective. It's best for lower elos and shouldn't effect higher elo, so good change for game..

Heartsteel is insane rn Ive seen it be broken on Vlad, Sion, Ksante, Senna, etc. its a little overtuned unless we start seeing a bunch of true damage coming into play every game its hard to deal with.
Heartseel is so disgusting. Kled has like a 400 damage procc once he completes it as a first item. I have tried playing a little shaco in preseason and heartsteel does more dmg as a rush than Bork, duskblade or shieldbow as a first item. Makes sense.
try seeing it on Swain lol. it infinitely stacks along with his own health stacking passive, which can lead to over 8-9k hp in 30 minutes, about the same as sion but WAY more damage potential.

This new item is busted on Shen and Rammus too. Both have taunts that make it almost impossible to not get hit by the item passive.
