As a demonstrator, may i suggest that you do the following: 1. Practice well before you demo, 2. Dont chat, give clear concise instructions, 3.Remember your clients have limited time and data, be considersae, dont waste them.

Some very good tips, like the paper towel roll for the jelly roll- much better than fan folding lol.
