Have you considered going tubeless? I'm apprehensive about taking my wheel apart just yet but if I do that will be my first directive. That way if I ever get a flat I can just pop a plug in it, pump it up and keep going. Great video and that Patton you got is looking sweet. Thank you for sharing.

Hey there...been following your rebuild, nice...could you share your impression of the tire and how it feels? does is train track or is the hybrid pattern better for that? Have you tried a street tire and if so, how does it compare? thx!
Hi there, thanks for watching and commenting. I love the tire, I have no complaints about it at all. I will say I haven't used it the mud but thats only because I don't plan on doing that sort of riding anymore. It's just not worth it all the work it takes to get your wheel clean again afterwards. But I have put many many road miles on it as well as a good bit of dirt riding and it's workin very well. It was pretty cheap on the e-wheels website, I think like $54. No taint racking that I can speak. I typically run it at around 26-28 PSI and I weigh 220lbs. But I do tend to always un-weight the wheel when I'm about to hit anything bump-like. By that I mean I kinda bunny hop before rolling over thing big at speed. This is to prevent from bending my rim. If you aren't willing to ride this way you can just run a higher PSI.
