    The way I understand it, what you mean is that we should not take a decision based on metrics or logic when our heart tells us to go another way. But it doesn't mean you can't look at metric to help you see the current context .
    But I do have a question, it's a bit related to the American dream in a way. We always hear of the great stories, the ones that succeeds , but for every Jobs or Buffet , how many unsuccessful stories that are never told, is there?
