I have an office job and I also carry a Nightcore NTP31 with me. Its my go to pen, has a glassbreaker in case of an emergency and can be used as a self defense tool in a bad situation, a high quality product!

I just got this knife. 2.6 inch blade made from D2 steel, full tang, fixed blade and G10 handle. Got it from Ali Express for $23.50. I've only only cut paper with it, I really like it.

I edc nitecore mh12 and one xl folder from cold steel, most favorite is Frenzy because of how light and thin in the pocket it is. Check the specs, 5.5inch bladed knife is only about 10grams heavier than 4inch recon1. Thats nuts.
Got XL voyagers, talwar, hold out and ti lite, and while they arent that big of a deal in terms of carry weight and size(ok, ti lite is kinda too big) - they are nowhere near of comfort you get with Frenzy.
I respect someone who carried a big knife! Have you checked out Snaggletooth wave mods? I have them on all my voyagers

Great vid! My favorite budget friendly edc is the Esee Avispa folding knife. About 40 bucks on Blade HQ. Great knife for the price.

I usually also carry a Recon 1 in the right pocket. Have been looking into the Native Chief. Do you prefer the Clip, Spearpoint or Tanto Recon 1?
According to finnish Lamnia shop, there are diffrent versions of Native Chief coming in... about april i think? with yellow or green GFN handles and magnacut or LC200N blades(they are part of Salt series of knives). My guess is, american retailers will get those as well about that time, so keep an eye out or check your shops 'coming soon' section.

For my edc torch, I love my Cloud Defensive MCH (high output). For a small edc blade : my Spyderco Ronin 2. For a larger blade, either one of my hawk designs or my Alfa Knife Janunting.

I love it! It has a long run time and people think it is a semi truck high beam. It has been rock solid for the two years that I had it.

The belt loop and sheath are not compatible for daily carry in my opinion. I’m searching for a better carry sheath for it

A passport to a different country is what I'd carry lol. In all seriousness though, I think Michael Janich said that when he travels to the UK he immediately goes to the nearest hardware store and purchases a box cutter and a screwdriver that he keeps on his person at all times. He also said something about making a homemade pepper spray concoction that he keeps in a drinking bottle.

I think 5x5 Combat Solutions makes a snaggletooth for that Native Chief.
That's one Spyderco blade I have had in my wishlist for a while and still haven't gotten it yet.
If someones on a budget or doesnt have the access to those cnc addons(because they dont ship to particular country or smth) then remember, that zip ties are 'the snaggletooth at home'.
Spydercos and other knives that have similarly placed holes are great for this option, you put a big zip tie through the hole, tie it down nice and tight, snag off the unnecessary plastic, maybe rub it a bit with a file or sand paper for smooth finish and voila. I used it on Yojimbo, Yojumbo, ArtisanCutlery GreatWhite and on Bestech Fanga, works great, and if you need to sharpen the knife- just rip it off, do the maintenance, put on the new one, zipties arent expensive.
With 2 small size zip ties and one big you can make a hideous contraption that works with thumbstuds on big Cold Steel folders. Certainly a 'function over looks' kind of deal.
