This is a tremendously good video of one of the greatest Buddy Holly Tribute Concerts ever held. I saw it live, recorded it on VHS - and watched probably 100 times. I have seen in on youtube - but the quality is not great. This isn't the full concert -= but much of it, and some great Buddy Holly content spliced in. Thanks for posting this. Buddy Holly Lives On!
My VHS wore out years ago - the Joe Ely set was the highlight for me - then, as now, David Grissom's on fire! Sad that I don't see Marshall Crenshaw here - he did a nice set on the PBS broadcast.
I was to young to know him it was 1970 I heard a couple song on my American graffiti album that me into the 1950s music I didn't realize good song he left us so I went out buy some record to add to my collection thanks buddy
