Lazy Flip? Practice scooping the front pedal back with your foot and letting it spin around. Catch with the same foot. Then try it rolling. Later on you can use the method to learn a crank flip in the air or in a hop.
Thicker toed shoes will help others foot jams and putting a bar end that’s wrapped around with tape and stuffed to the bottom of your fork will help you lock in the jams better
love ur vid, also nice bike, i usually dont like bmxs without an obvious color scheme but i like the way yours is set up
@@kiinte Thanks! Wanted a black bike covered in stickers like I had in the 2000’s.

where im at in az we call those crank flips. Very cool looking, not so fun to mess up tho 😂😂😂 pedals and shins arent a good mix
@@asap_cazii Yeah pedal bites suck. People used to call just a rolling crank flip a lazy flip, like how they call a rolling bar spin a pick up bar.
Doing anything with footjams? I'm new to BMX and have a tough time with those
@@junibuffooni I do them sometimes. I find doing one to fakie on a bank is easier than trying a regular one.
