Your browsing habits at this point and your social media usage are far bigger threats to privacy then windows ever is. But of course microsoft is the easiest to bash everywhere. Somehow the recall feature is a massive dumpster fire, but all the crap google photos does? All the info google logs? And ofc, every social media site or even worse, app, games, etc etc log? Would need to know what account. But in general all you can do is carefully and completely follow the account recovery instructions that the provider gives you.
