If he has 3 lakh revenue and income is 2 lakhs. How come he mananges to pay 5 subordinates (1 lakh) incuding equipment costs. Is he paying just 20-25k only to his team mates?

If you work under someone they will definitely under pay you especially dentist... They will hire a junior dentist who wants to learn new thing.. Then pay him 8-10k...he will keep one Dr with good experience for 30k... Then those 3 are assistant n receptionist which won't cost 10l each... Cleaner morning n evening for 5k...

Maybe he doesn't have more patients because my brother is also a dentist and makes almost 2L per month revenue only part time practice 5 to 10pm plus he goes to college as a lecturer in day time.

First of all its not that dentist is called doctors by themselves... Its by law.. .. and i dont understand this inferiority being a dentist .... its a beautiful branch and yes dentistry is a medical speciality ( pls check google for the definition) ... 3 lac revenue, 2 lac profit…! So in just 1 lac he is managing rent, staff of 5 people, material expenses..! That’s impossible I guess..
This doc earns so much that they have to change title 3-4 time
BAMS/BHMS earned from minimum 50k to 1.5L per month
Dentist from 75k to 2L
Mbbs only from 75k to 2L
Md/ms from 1.20 to 3-4-5-6L per month as per experiance.
That approximate is right.
But some mbbs who open up own enterprise earns 10-15lakhs in a month and specialist who have their own enterprise earns upto 50-60 lakhs per month .
And those every successful one earns 2-3 crores in a month.

With all due respect, dentists aren't doctors. Doctors usually have to wait for 13 to 15 years in study to start a career. Dentistry is totally different interms of the course and extent of knowledge.

Indians are getting paid way less as against the foreign counter parts. Think about purchasing power parity, there are no indian labour laws favouring working professionals, and much more.

We managed to buy 3 bhk of ~1 crore. Recently.
The difference I see is we are still young ( under 30) as compared to people coming on this podcast .
we are in similar boat but just got married, looking to buy home soon. Any advice of how to save up for the house?
@@varaath8060 see the saving part need to be done well in advance
1) Basically banks will only give 80% of the total price of home 20% you need to save ATLEAST.
2) it depends on you and your partner how many years you want to wait before moving in the house. Discuss this then your planning/savings would be different
3) if possible try to save between 30-40% of your total home cost
4) sanction the loan of 80% but plan to only use as less as possible like in our case we would only be using 6&%of loan compared to what we have got the sanction
5) for this we are saving 60k per month collectively in one other bank which we do not touch.
6) you both can save that in some investment like elss mf or fd or any other less risky investment options
Elss is riskier than fd but it has 3 years of lock in period + tax benefit and if you buy good elss mf then in 3 years it eventually balances out and on avg it will return 11-12% xirr

atleast 2year bond should be made compulsory for mbbs for skill training.
the deficiency you see is not bcoz there's lack of doctor but bcoz there's disparity in opportunity in tier1 vs 2/3. So majority wants to settle in big City.. leaving tier 2/3 city making lack of doctor there .
in short it's inefficiency of system which is causing it .
@dr_ in making let's say, on average a new doctor starts working at the age 25 (not considering md/ms) and works till the age of 65. So if we maintain 1lakh mmbs rate for 40 years, we will have 40 lakh doctors, which translates to about 1 doctor per 350 people at present population (which is still not good). Considering we also need md/ms, this number will further worsen. This needs to come down to below 1 doctor per 200 people atleast if we compare to the developed world. But yes it's not just the number of doctors but overall investment in the health sector that matters. To elevate the whole sector the number and quality of infrastructure needs to go up significantly as well. And yes, as you said, more investment needs to go to tier2/3 cities and villages

An established doctor is getting more than 20Lakhs per month in pvt sector. But it takes too long to get there. In starting it is about 1lakh pm
This is for specialists in fields that frequently require intervention. Govt and pvt (corporate) are very different in terms of money. But you have to be worth it.
Which hospital pay a mbbs 1lakh per month? Now even mbbs are under paid 30k..in private hospital 40k under nrhm and to get a permanent job you have to fight with specialist... You are still dreaming man.. Wake up... Welcome to the real world.. Dentist are underpaid if you work in someone's clinic but if you have your own clinic then the sky is the limit once it kicked in
