And now in 2023, Hobi is officially appointed as a Military Training Assistant where he’s in charge of helping to mentor new enlisting soldiers. He’s proven to be a great mentor here, and will surely be a great mentor to others during his enlistment until 2024 🫡

What I notice about J-Hope being a mentor is that he gives criticisms in a constructive way. He doesn't necessarily humiliate someone if they make mistakes but rather uses humor to make them feel more at ease. He is strict with details but still inspires the trainees when he corrects them. I'm not sure how much of his interaction with the trainees is edited but it seems J-Hope's attitude towards mentoring is so positive.

To be real here, anybody could be what BTS became. BUT it needs ALOT of hard work, they have been in alot of struggles to become what they are right now.

Time moving so fast, I can even imagine BTS will possibly disband soon 😭 and made their own way, Jhope or Jimin can be one of the judges, RM and Suga may be surely become a producer someday while I envision V or Jin may become an actors in the movie and Jungkook may be pursue being a photographer or director. I feel like this is how ll the mentors should be. Serious but still having professional banter with the trainees and giving actual constructive criticism.
I watch so many funny videos of them that I forgot that they are professionals and know what they are doing. I'm looking at them at this perspective for the first time. They might act like children but they are still adults.
If you watch Burn The Stage and theirs tour DVDs you can see their more professional side, but even when they're being super pro they still our adorkable bts so it's easy get distracted and forget again lol

They'll talk to you sometimes using korean language and that's so hard to understand as a simple international fan like me. But they'll try their very best to speak in English when they think you can't really understand what they're sayin. All in all, BigHit is a legend and the best for me. Atleast the staff of BigHit doesnt hurt just the way SM does.

They did a great job by inviting hoseok, he is a very good teacher since he understd the choreo, he knows how to make others understd it too.. And he is meticulous but friendly n approachable. I watch so many funny videos of them that I forgot that they are professionals and know what they are doing. I'm looking at them at this perspective for the first time. They might act like children but they are still adults.
If you watch Burn The Stage and theirs tour DVDs you can see their more professional side, but even when they're being super pro they still our adorkable bts so it's easy get distracted and forget again lol

I just dont understand how BTS members are all so grounded, humble, respectful, and polite even when they reach the global success😊 i definitely stan the right group😙

They'll talk to you sometimes using korean language and that's so hard to understand as a simple international fan like me. But they'll try their very best to speak in English when they think you can't really understand what they're sayin. All in all, BigHit is a legend and the best for me. Atleast the staff of BigHit doesnt hurt just the way SM does.
