Building 36V/24Ah Li-Ion battery pack for e-scooter

We build battery for our lady customer. She want upgrade her 800W DC e-scooter from 36V/12Ah Lead-Acid battery to Li-Ion battery with double range.
Results:
36V/24Ah Li-Ion battery
Sanyo ZM2 cells
Weight of battery was changed from 11.5Kg (Lead-Acid) to 5Kg (Li-Ion)
Range was changed from 20km to 60km (😮)

2:31 Hello i have question, your cable for pen welding is 25mm square or more ? and what is the max you can soldering ? 0.20mm pur nickel ?

Hi, cable for welding is 35mm.
I Can solder 0.4mm pure nickel or 0.3mm pure copper.
