It's cause it doesn't follow the basic charting "rules" that Diva Arcade charts obey to keep the chart readable in a sensible way. This is basically a fan chart where the priority is creativity and difficulty, but sometimes I think the creative part is crossing into "not fun because you can't read it to play logically without memorizing entire sections of the chart at least a few times over."
I played project diva a whole 2 times and after getting cooked by a level 5 chart, I knew my ass should just stick to project sekai. I couldn't dream of doing this
What's the issue you're having? You download the song, move them to the songs folder, then inside of the folder for your newly downloaded chart, you add an mp4 file of the song itself (the yt/niconico link is provided on the chart download page)
