I did not hear about the nutritional food value of kernza for human products or animal products/grazing? What soil benefit does the plant kenza offer? Fertility, soil structure, carbon capture, or drainage? Does the plant prefer a specific soil type? Nice podcast fellows...could have used a beer taste myself.🇨🇦👍😎
