Subhan Allah! What a beautiful talk! Brother shuboor is a very decent speaker but yet so under rated! May Allah preserve him and give him more knowledge to spread!
50:51 The 4th category I would propose is: *”There are issues with the source material itself.”* I say this because Christians try to use the same logic against us: “You must accept that Jesus is divine or else you’re claiming that he was a liar or lunatic.” - And we’re like, “Uh no, we’re saying he was misrepresented.” But if we take everything we read on face value, as we have no reasons to doubt the historicity of Muhammad ﷺ‘ s message, there are only three options.

*It is claimed by Mr. Ahmad that the Sahaba were the best of all generations of Muslims* . This is what Muhammad stated (in Quran 64:14) about the households of this generation of believers: "O believers! Indeed, from your spouses and children are enemies to you, so beware of them" Now then, if it is true that only the Sahaba generation had enemies within the families, then certainly it is NOT the best generation. If it is not true -- if Quran 64:14 was meant as an eternal decree and even today the families of the adherents of Islam have enemies within them -- then why should you have such a religion?
Jews are only 15 million out of 8 billion people and only for jews so jewish God is not really fair for the rest of humanity. Doesnt make any sense of a true and fair God right ?
You guys have to realize that monotheism and Tawheed are not the same thing. Tawheed is a very strict subset of monotheism that does not exist in a lot of these “monotheistic” faiths. Jews believe in one God, but they also believe that their scholars can challenge the verdict of their Lord and even win against Him. Christians believe in one God, but they say there’s three persons who are equal yet distinct. That is monotheism but not Tawheed.
For an example of solid use of reason, see 'Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus' by Nabeel Qureshi. And by the way, the Christian apologist CS Lewis came up with the logical argument that Jesus was either liar, lunatic or Lord (divine). As for reason, it is not an infallible guide to anything. No one reasoned that the awaited Messiah of Judaism would be rejected and crucified on a cross. "For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe. For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. "And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling, and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory." --Paul the Apostle, to the Corinthians
Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord so the Lord asks you to reason and Paul (who didn't even live during the time of Jesus) says not to reason...interesting
I consider myself well read on the main principle of the Abrahamic religions, including Islam. My conclusion is that religion is a human concept which become less relevant with time.
If you only listened to the whole lecture which talks about how Islam evolved the world including the success of Science you would have never said that.
Anything manmade has errors in it. if islam is wrong .. 1. how come none of the prophecies yet has been disproved? 2. how can Muhammad (pbuh) have been so accurate in describing how a baby is formed in a mothers womb in a time people could have not known that? It wasn't the words of Muhammad (pbuh) but the words of Allah. Muhammad (pbuh) himself could have not known that. 3. Why did the pagan arabs themselves admit that the quran is not the words of a human being? In addition to this we have the hadith and quran. When you analyze you will see a great difference in both. How Muhammad (pbuh) talked differs completely from the wording of the quran. How do you explain that? Did Muhammad (pbuh) hide his intellectual capability but later showed his full creativity in the quran? But then again the pagan arabs would have said this is a master piece work not "this can't be from a human".
That has perpetually and continuously been proven to be a mendacious conclusion. If you have watched these videos, as you claim, then you have limpidly locked up your reasoning and have selectively applied it only when it benefits your cause. Religion has not became "less relevant" as time has progressed as your conclusion affirms. Do not talk about things of which you have no knowledge of.
My Lord is Messiah Jesus, the eternal Word of God, who was crucified, died, buried and rose again for the salvation of the human race, and who is the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. I have chosen him. I reject the notion that Muhammad is the prophet of God.
too bad there isnt a single unambiguous statement where Jesus says he is God in the bible. Too bad Jesus being 100% God was killed by his own creation in the bible. too bad the bible has a lot of contradictions. too bad the bible has been changed over time...too bad christianity expects its followers to disregard logic and reason, thanks for proving my point in your above comment..by the way did Jesus say that?...its just too bad.
Soon enough you will see the truth and I hope you will choose the right way while you are a life you never flow jesus instead you are flowing church because Jesus never claimed to be god neither bible support what you believe

The fact that Muhammad ﷺ was the most successful monotheist who ever spoke in the name of God is really powerful to me.

Intrestingly he did not mention Judaism when going through his list of monotheistic religions.

Jews believe there god to be nationalistic
Islam is the only religion that worships one universal God

With this, he earned an automatic visa to hell through a mm-wide door for distorting Islam in paradise issue
perhaps, beyond your intellectual capacity
Where did he go wrong? Just curious.
