Everyone goes with the fusion cannon, but I absolutely LOVE the whistling sound of Blackout's wave cannon... thing that he uses at the end of the base attack scene.
Also, when Ratchet uses his saw to chop off Brawl's arm, it makes this AMAZING noise. Like a "ggrrrrrnnnrnrrrnrrrreeeoowwwwww"
Blackouts wave gun is the absolute best, I wish deceptions were still that powerful

I love how distinct they made all the weapons, I can tell the difference between bumblebee's canon arm, megatron's fusion canon arm and ironhide's arm mounted canons. The sound design of these films is one of the most underrated aspects imo.
Blackout's cannon when he attacked the base was music to my ears.
bruh imagine if he used his emp gun against prime (if blackout did become Grindor) I wish he didn't die like that. He even says "no prime, please no" 😥😥

story may be bare bones (doesn't suck, just not much there), but danm is he a master of action and explosions. These fights and sounds are always so satisfying to hear and watch.

I love megatons fusion cannon from 2007 movie glad they brought back in 2017 and that one shot in ROTF and in DOTM
I just like the sounds the auto cannons make, the *ka-cling* mixed with somewhat snappy recoil makes the auto cannons feel extremely cool.

I love how Optimus and Megatron's weapons both deliver similar levels of damage / kickback, but while Optimus is happy with a pistol, Megatron has to overcompensate with an entire forearm just to house his.
I love how each character has their own transformation and weapon sound, which are unique to them and generally consistent throughout the movies.
Not gonna lie, I first saw DotM as a kid, and something just unnerved me about the Decepticons going all ‘War of the Worlds’ when shooting at Humans running for their lives.

Out of all these sound effects from the weapons, I love Megatron’s Fusion Cannon, Blackout’s Energon Wave Cannon, and Lockdown’s face rifle (the noises that accompany his weapons make it even sweeter)

My favorite is Megatron's fusion cannon. To be more precise, his cannon in the second movie. I just love its design. Its slide out blade is fuckin' awesome. But Starscream's arm gatling gun is a close second.
Easily my favorite of all the sounds is Megatron's Fusion Cannon. There's just something beautiful about it. Every weapon sounds unique, but his has by far not only been the most consistent, but one of the most beautiful sounds.
