Thank you.....The Success(!) Score doesn't actually tell a seller anything other than the fact that the seller is in a confusing crap situation and should lose his/her sleep over this stupid Success(!) Score.

Level 2 here - perfect ratings on all other metrics & should qualify for level 3. Instead, looks like this ambiguous "success score" will demote an account with:
100% ontime delivery
100% 1hour response rate
Outstanding customer service
All five star Reviews
90% return clients with frequent tipping.
The new metric system is simply inaccurate...as such, it will alienate the best sellers. Putting AI in charge of people's livelyhood is going to backfire big time....they will likely see a drop in the market by Q2 or Q3. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. Time to direct my energy elsewhere.

The whole thing is horse shit. As freelancers we do not have time to play the guessing game and with Fiverr going behind your back and not being transparent on the private review from the buyer, you are left empty handed with reasons and action items that could be helpful in improving your score. I am very unhappy about the whole thing. Their stocks are tanking as a Publicly held company... hopefully they come to there senses soon and pull the plug on this garbage system. Maybe with enough sellers leaving the platform, they will see what they have destroyed and save it soon.
