Farook canada is the only country which gives permanent residence to students. You come yo canada as a student at.study for one year, you get a one year work permit and then after you apply for permanent residence.

Secondly.lf you go on a spousal open work permit, you can still apply and get PR through the same path way. But if you are not in Canada, its a bit tricky to get a job outside and come straight on OWP.....They usually prefer giving jobs to people already in.....but those in medical fields and engineering, tech usually can get from outside canada.
