there was no double lane. it was a single lane. the other lane is for the cars going the opposite direction. the older gentlemen went INTO the opposite direction lane to go around him as fousey was making his left turn.

@@almostrich4013 I found the location on google maps. Fousey's lane opens up into two lanes which is why the drunk driver suddenly comes out from behind him. The left lane that the drunk was in was a left only lane but he goes straight ahead. Fousey is in the right.

Using the "Louisiana Fried Chicken" restaurant in the background of the crash and 14:25 as a reference for the area, I managed to find the location on google maps. The drunk driver went straight ahead in a left only lane so it was 100% not Fousey's fault.

Happened to me a month ago in California I got hit and the other driver ran I only got the other drivers info because their license plate fell off I tried calling the police but they said they couldn’t respond because there were no life threatening injuries in the end they said I was at fault.
