What should i use as a sealer to put on some larger wooden pieces like yours so i can display them in my house...just wanted to make sure no bugs or anything can get into them lol
It looks like fish could swim in and out of the little holes. Very beautiful

Although I do appreciate the work you put into the driftwood piece, I have to say I prefer the natural grey colour before. So sorry!

Would it cracks over time? I suppose driftwood has high moisture content?
What are you using to laquer the wood? Polyurethane?
what type of drill are you using to sand the wood, and what grain sandpaper did you use? This is inspiring me!

Well I guess it's true what they say. Anythings a hammer if you use it wrong enough...
It’s a beautiful piece but why not use a sandblaster. Even a cheap one would be better than that drill thingamajiggy.
Wouldn’t a wire brush have been easier and faster.
