- Get ready for spooky vibes and.. skulls!
In this video I will show you my process as I try to get better at sketching skulls. Yeah, that includes the awkward not-so-good part.
My original plan for this video was to sketch you some skulls with pencil and ink, talk you through my technique, and that's that. Instead, I got a impulsive painting idea that made me way too happy to ignore. So I did that as well!
Skulls are super useful. Not only do they give our face structure, they also make for awesome decoration during Halloween (or, if you're like me, all year round :D). I believe that practicing to sketch skulls can improve your portrait drawings. You can basically learn anatomy without having to go through all the Latin, simply by observing where the bones go. So go grab those pencils and practice sketching skulls with me!

× Sakura pigma micron fineliners size 4 and 6
× No-brand sketch pad
× Common printer paper
× Saral transfer paper
× Tesa Precision Mask tape
× Arches 300 gsm, 100% cotton watercolor paper
× Winsor & Newton watercolor tube paint
