I always come to listen to this song at least once a year because it's so damn good like it deserves more credit than it gets. I mean it's just so good!
My home. In these days of civic turmoil and controversy, it's really nice and really necessary to take a moment to remember/relish some of the reasons we still deserve to feel proud of our community. Chattanooga needed something like this.
Beautiful. Just beautiful. And this is where I live! WOW! There are a few places in this video I don't recognize. It would be great to have a description in the right-hand lower corner of where each one was shot.
This is inspiring though, its nice to find things like this when doing research on my city. Chattanooga had alot of arts and talents hidden under the mainstream.
51 is at the art district near the veterans bridge. 1:27 is downtown by the river i believe maybe during riverbend... 1:29 is in the art district too behind rembrandts, and 1:42 is the fountain in college park, north chatt.... the only place i dont know is where those kayaks are right below that little waterfall, i thought i knew all the creeks round here
I was born there in 1954. Lived there for 24 years. My mom still lives there. :) And even with the high crime rate, I'd move back in a heartbeat if circumstances would allow.
I have done alot of things in my life some good some bad but I always know when I need a reality check and a refill on life I come home to Chattanooga...
Maybe not my place to say, but this is a promo for the Chattanooga Visitors Bureau created by The Johnson Group in partnership with Atomic Films. Music by Allen DiCenzo. Lyrics by Roger Vaughn of TJG. This one National recognitions at the ADDYs last year. If I remember correctly, this is all still frames shot with tilt-shift lens on DSLR camera and animated.
lived there for a total of ten years ... and NEVER heard of hot air balloons ... nor ferris wheels. must have just "missed it". a lot. my three children would have loved those things ... so would i. i
Aaron William Vetter Aaron where are you? I just now saw this. What is going on with you? You know I love you and always will. Are you mad at your Dad? He worked all the time. I know he can be upsetting sometimes, but he foes love you. Why didn't you visit him in Florida? None of us ever hear from you. Try to find a church that will help you with your feelings. Yvonne still asks about you. She will help you pray. Are you in Tenn?
I've been to and see all these sites except a couple and I have gone to hot air balloon festival two years in a row and took a tethered ride last year. It's always held in Coolidge Park.
I was real proud to see our hometown in this video and I love the song. Yes, we have our share of problems but I for one believe we also have a great future with lots of hope.
Despite being a fan of the new smart grid and the speedy fiber optic technology, I find it ironic and somewhat frustrating that EPB Fiber Optics continues to tout themselves as a technological leader yet refuses to broadcast NASA TV in High Definition despite NASA TV providing the stream at no extra charge to cable providers.
Why is the hood not shown in this? The video is good , but only represents a sunny day. Any one doing a video on all the everyday shootings or stabbings yet that occur in this so called great city? Chatt would be a good idea for the next Grand Theft Auto game.
I loved this video until I read the description. "...a new technology called tilt-shift..." new. New. NEW IT'S BEEN AROUND SINCE THE BEGINNING OF PHOTOGRAPHY PLEASE CHANGE IT BEFORE MY HEAD EXPLODES Unrelated: Chattanooga is my favorite city to photograph.
This is still one of the best ways to encourage people to live here. The vibes are so good in this video.
The video and the music ties beautifully. Just perfect for the scenery and adventure in Chattanooga.
I always come to listen to this song at least once a year because it's so damn good like it deserves more credit than it gets. I mean it's just so good!
It really is great, perfect.
The best. I love this beautiful lady of a city I call home.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. And this is where I live! WOW! There are a few places in this video I don't recognize. It would be great to have a description in the right-hand lower corner of where each one was shot.
It's during the hot air balloon glow during river rocks! It's stunning!
This is inspiring though, its nice to find things like this when doing research on my city. Chattanooga had alot of arts and talents hidden under the mainstream.

There's a little festival they do every year over on the North Shore. Usually the same night as wine over water I believe

I LIVE THERE, ITS COOL AT NIGHT DURING CHRISTMAS
I just moved here a few months ago and I saw one! Must be lucky!
Any chance at an HD Version of this?
I want to move here! We are considering but from West coast to east coast is a big change for us
Looks like a model railroad here.
Hi! I understand all rights reserved but I have to ask anyway: Is there a possibility to be able to download this song? Personally, I'd pay. Thanks.
I think it sounds like Zoe Dechannel, but I do not know. I can't find it anywhere on the internet! And I've been looking for a good 8 months or so
Here you go! soundcloud.com/rogervaughn
Thank you.
Thank you Roger I thought all hope was lost.
If anyone knows where the place is with the 2 kayaks, please tell. I've lived here all my life, but don't recognize this.
Not really sure but it could be Lula Lake.
It was probably during that River Rocks thing in the Fall. I know they do hot air balloon stuff early in the morning during that week.
They're usually in Coolidge Park at least once a year.
Looks Beautiful! My husband's cousin lives on Signal Mt.

I was real proud to see our hometown in this video and I love the song. Yes, we have our share of problems but I for one believe we also have a great future with lots of hope.

Many of these scenes are from the RiverRocks Festival -- enjoy all that this offers by participating. Visit riverrockschattanooga (dot) com.
Note. This 'new technology' is nearly 40 years old!
When you're ready to visit Chattanooga and get outside, check out RootsRated (dot com) and enjoy!
This is the Chattanooga I miss now. It feels too different and is growing to fast, losing some things that made it special.
River Rocks
My life is beautiful ...peaceful&minus haters!!lol
haha at 0:24 the guy in the kayak falls
sounds like Pomplamoose...or at least Nataly Dawn singing the female lead.

living in Knoxville , moving to Chattanooga it's growing Knoxville is not , not like Chattanooga broader middle class , and More house for the money
Tilt shift minitures LOL
This is one of the worst cities when it comes to safety, daaamn
the dude at the end is cheesy. the video and images and music conveys all you'd need to know to want someone to take you to Chattanooga.
Where's the hang gliding? Chattanooga is the hang gliding Capitol of the Eastern US. How disappointing.
Bud Uglee s e of Chattanooga in Wildwood, GA...20 minute drive...gorgeous are... Google Lookout Mtn. Flight Park..peace😎
