WET CAKE-So soft, juicy and delicious

This cake is so easy to make with basic ingredients:
For cake you need:
- 4 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 150ml of oil
- 200ml of milk
- 200gr of flour
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
For topping you need:
- 500ml of sugar
- 150gr of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 100gr of chocolate
- 100ml of oil
