From Spain with Love: Seafood Paella Recipe for Foodies

- OK, not an authentic valencian paella but most people will still call it a paella, doesn´t matter where you are from, even here in Spain most call it a paella. I usually call it a rice with seafood but today decided to call it a spanish seafood paella. When I say at home to my wife that I am making a paella with seafood she understands what I mean. How do you call this dish? Do you also say paella when you make a rice with seafood, with chicken or with anything else in a pan?

Spanish Seafood Paella

🧾Ingredients for 2 Hungry People:

600g Mixed Seafood
300g Rice
½ Red Pepper
½ Green Pepper
½ Yellow Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
½ Onion
1 Litre Fish/Seafood Broth
Olive Oil
Sweet Paprika
Saffron
Salt
