Thank you so much for this recipe. Here where I live it's hard to find them, and I must learn how to make them from scratch. Much love to you for your wonderful Korean recipes❤❤❤
Hi Helen - you're a genius! How about a recipe for gluten free dumplings wrapper? I love the colors of your previous regular dumpling wrappers and no one else has done any color like that. Thank you so much!
Hi Helen, are you sure the water flour ratio is right in the description ? I see a total amount of 135g (90+30+15) flour and 180ml of water? I am a Bit confused. Thank you
That should depend on how sticky it is you probably would want to slowly add water until you incorporate the flour into the dough if you over water it and it becomes very sticky and a little more flour into the bowl and mix with dough until no longer sticky
Okay so I tried this and the colors for the spinach and carrots were nowhere as vibrant as in this video. I may have to resort to adding food coloring.
Carrot - I used more mature looking carrots and I cut near the stem rather than the pointy part of the carrot. I also used more than 20 grams. In the end, I got more carrot color. Or buy carrot juice and try that.

I would cut little squares of wax paper to place in between the dumpling wrappers when stacking it makes separation easier.
@@lostboy8084 Yes! And u still need to dust with cornstarch with the layers of the parchment papers
Thanks for your video. Dumplings is one of my favorito Korean dishe; whether fried, steamed or in a soup. Ohhh yummi 😋🤤

@@icedmelon Hi 👋 Yes, 1.1/8 cup of flour mixture + 3/4 cup of water. Please follow the instructions listed in the description box of this video.
What is the purpose of cornstarch in the recipe? We too make dough only with all-purpose flour and salt.
It adds a nice chewy texture
@@ModernPepper Thank you
