In 1992, Gyalo Thondup was the head of the Kashag which is the highest executive office of the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala, India. He is an elder brother of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Losang Samten, a monk of the Namgyal Monastery interviews Gyalo Thondup. This interview took place in Dharamsala, India on Sept. 7th & 8th of 1992.
