    I have a Question do I have to be flexible for dance ???

      I don't think so. Like, I do Ballet and I'm flexible to a certain extent and it helps a lot, but it doesn't make me a better dancer. If you love it, if you do it for the sake of the fun, than everything will work out. Just remember that being flexible or not is not going to affect your final product if you do it with your heart. ( That's just what I believe) 💜

      That's normal but if it always hurts and feels stiff no matter how many times u stretch it means that ur muscles are overstretched or weak so you should work on strengthening them (I'm obv not a trainer so do ur own research about this too tho)

      if you’re on mobile full screen, you can click so you can see the buttons in the corners, and in the top right corner you should see a button that says “CC” inside a box. Try tapping that and they’ll go away. Again, this is for on a mobile phone in full screen. Hope this helped 😊
