My anxiety always gets worse after the holidays.. When life calms down and I have more time to think (overthink). Also, the weather is cold and dreary and all the pretty Christmas decor/ lights are gone.. so I’m anxiously awaiting spring!

I had COVID and trust me 3 months after having it, my hair fell out in clumps, anxiety has been high strung! I hope that you don’t have this bc it honestly sucks. I found that doing an intense workout, going for a long walk and taking a few minutes to inhale and exhale helped me rid of the anxiety. Its a process. I know I overthink things and it gets the best of me at times. I need to do change that. Very sweet to see you treat your Dad to a nice steak dinner for all of the time and work he put into your home. He genuinely does it out of love. Your home looks beautiful 😊🏡

Check your vitamins you could be lacking something and you could have anxiety if your deficiency.coming from men I had very bad anxiety and meditating is key for me I took a class on how to do it right and it’s amazing.feel better 😊
