natnut2008 same happens with Hyuna, I was reading some time ago that she is the one that spends more time learning the choreography for their comebacks and all that, and people was surprised like "how?? and why does she take so long if she dances perfectly??" but it exactly because of that, their dance and expressions looks perfect on stage but because they spend a looooot of time practicing every movement and every expression so it looks perfect in the end. I think both of them are great dancers and they have a strong presence on stage. They always look awesome but it's thanks to all that hard work, we just get to see the final result (:

On a recent interview, Hani shared that she was scolded/criticized by her dance teacher because she could not dance as sexy( this was during dasoni days, when they started to try this concept, more mature). So she and Solji practiced real hard, repeated all kind of crazy moves to bring out the sexy feel trapped inside them lol. Solji said that Hani takes notes of her smallest movements, "at this point I will have to tilt my head like this, fingers like that, at that point my eyes have to go that way" etc. And in recent But But TV episode she shared a song that she uses to practice facial expressions

They may have 2 'talented' members--one with the great voice and the other one with the rapping/songwriting skills, but their 'talents' got them no public attention, got them nowhere, no use, because neither didn't have that unique & special factor that only Hani has. EXID got out of nugudom because of Hani's 'IT' factor through fancam lenses. It's charm over talent at the end of the day in this industry. Always remember that!

But, let's appreciate the other members' contribution too. People come for her fancam but they stay because of her charm, talents + Solji's singing + LE recognition as rapper and songwriter. This is kpop where visual and charm are the first thing to look at over a talent and many people don't realised it. Tbh, I'm only listening to kpop for entertainment and if I want to listen to a proper singing and songs, I'd rather watch my country's singer.
