Glad that Hani got the recognition she deserves. She might not be the best dancer technically but she is a terrific performer. Every single little details are practiced to perfection and she always gave her all to the stage. That's why she is so enjoyable to watch.

"horrifically underrated" is the PERFECT way to describe EXID!
No other Kpop girl group has a main singer on Solji's level PLUS a second singer equal to Hyelin PLUS a rapper (and producer) on LE's level PLUS a member that could dominate the stage with sex appeal like Hani.
And their songs are more musically and lyrically complex than most Kpop bands. They were not making songs that were targeted towards 10-14 year old kids.
If they had been backed by one of the "Big 3" promotional companies, they would've been considered one of the top 5 female Kpop groups of all time.

Hani is amazing to watch, for sure. She has said herself that she is not an exceptional or natural dancer. But she is very smart and very detailed. She has said that she will write out every move and gesture and plan out her dance routine meticulously, then practice it until she has the dance down perfectly. I think she also gets a lot of help from Solji. If you watch them behind the scenes, Solji is VERY good at watching performances and picking out every little detail, and I believe she teaches Hani different things. Solji is an amazing teacher. I know they work on every angle of the head, where they are going to look and the expression they will be showing in every move. EXID as a whole was very good at singing, dancing and entertaining people.
Yes Hani is the type who works hard to achieve a particular skill rather than rely on talent alone. However I differ in the fact that Solji is the one that acts like a dance teacher. It’s actually Jeonghwa. Hani has mentioned before about Jeonghwa getting mad at her every time she messed up a dance routine over and over again as a joke. She’s also been considered the dancer of the group since the very beginning when there were 6 of them in EXID. And apparently she know many styles of dances but had to conform to the style that EXID does which are “simple” and “catchy” moves just like their songs. Apparently she’s an amazing dancer, but never really got to show case it except once on dream team. And because Jeonghwa is just as meticulous in learning (the group has mentioned that both of Hani and her have very similar meticulous personalities), so Jeonghwa is also the one to be very detail oriented in learning a dance. Hani even mentioned how she had heard Jeonghwa practicing their dance routine at her home alone at 3:00 am when the song had yet to be released. Solji is a good dancer too but Jeonghwa beats her in that aspect. Solji is just a popular choice that’s all.

Hani is the queen of stage sex appeal. No one in Kpop has the same ability to turn it off and on, like a light switch, the way she does.
There are so many videos of her off stage being the funniest, goofiest, sweetest person. Then, in the performance videos where she needs to come across as sexy and/or alluring........she's like a totally different person.

True, I was waiting for THE fancam that made EXID famous and ignited their comeback, the pharkil one if I remember correctly. It has by far the most views for an idol who was relatively unknown at the time.
Actually the reason why hani is removing her jacket is to cover her because her shorts is too short and its not fitted too so if she bend like that the people watching will see her cycling under the shorts
