Keep up the good work, Tiffany! I walk 4 to 5 miles daily and takeoff two days out of the week, got to make sure that we are giving our body rest. I also try to implement light weights to help turn the fat into muscle. I’ve been running and walking all my life. I change out my sneakers about every six months Make sure I got my feet checked by a podiatrist to ensure I had adequate support. I made sure I stretch before and after I finish.

I can't swim. 😭🤣🤣 I took swim lessons too. I can back float and stroke. I can't do anything going forward. 🤣shh, don't tell nobody, and it's okay to laugh at me. 🤣
Walk 1-3 miles a day by going to the Mall which is in walking distance but because of the uneven ground my husband cant negotiate the path so we drive. Mall is so nice year round when temps are in the 90's or the 40's. But is a must for us as we are over 80 years old. Makes all the difference in the quality of our life. So very proud of you, dont let up. Also limit salt intake that makes you lose weight. Love your lifestyle. We full timed for two years now traded down to a 24 ft so we aren't a threat to anyone else or ourselves. LOL.
I love your walking outdoors! I do an hour walking in the house, but I know I need fresh air! (When I get out in fresh air, my BP is lower- TRUE!) ..'Thinking' about it, I wind up remaining in the house. YOU just told me what I needed to do! DON'T think about it, DON'T try to clean up first- Get out, JUST DO IT, WALK NOW. Thanks! 👍♥️ Also, I have an E Bike. Maybe if I got up early enough in the morn, when it's cooler, I could use it! Forget the neighborhood! I have No way to transport it to a safer area. Maybe walk 45 min, ride 15, or 30/30? That will take quite an effort- just getting it down the steps! Thanks you SO much! No miles, no van trips right now because my wife had an ebike accident and broke her leg. So Tiffany please be careful when on your ebike, even when slow becase just falling down on a bike can lead to a broken leg. A broken leg turns out to be much worse than I could have imagined. Even if you dont require surgery you have a splint. You cannot touch your foot to the ground for 4 to 6 weeks. The leg is kept straight the whole time. No driving and barely any walking. No van. We love you and want you to be safe and happy.

Wow. Those nails fit your nailbeds perfectly! Back in the day when I would try those press-ons, I don't think they ever fit me like that. Very pretty. Hi Tiffany, I just discovered your channel and I am so excited to see someone living their dream life. I am truly truly inspired. I had one suggestion for you. Please don’t attack me if it’s not something you’re interested in then just say so I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for five years and I just wanted to encourage you to look into it and see what you think it’s not starving yourself. It’s just allowing yourself to eat within a certain amount of time the things that I have benefited is the dark circles around my neck is gone. The skin tags are gone. I have a better relationship with food. I don’t find myself restricting Food at all. I just eat within a four hour window and I allow my body to rest for the other 20. Id love to help you if you are interested.
Just a pro tip, walker to walker, a cup of water is not enough for such extreme walking in heat like this summer. You will start to cramp up A LOT if you are not drinking enough water when exercising outside. You must stay hydrated in this weather. Please drink more water. Fill that water bottle up and it also serves as a nice weapon on walks. The Nalgene bottle is good weight when it is full with water and I have struck animals and one weirdo guy with it and it drive them away. LOVE this new journey for you!
Great video, Tiffany. I loved everything: the stretches, look-see around the camp, the cooking and bike ride. I agree there are way too many drawbacks to that bike, which sucks because it's a great bike. Just watching you secure and locking it up is enough to say nope. No matter how fun it's just not worth it. I'm sorry but good decision there.

For my weight loss journey, I’ve been mostly focusing on eating whole food plant-based no dairy no oil no salt and no sugar. Yes, it’s no fun but it’s working.

Tiff if you choose, for added support, wear a sports bra over your regular bra. Also, wear a light upper torso compression gear, which may help your back pain. I wear several types of compression gear while exercising, to save my joints and bones.

I’m trying to motivate myself too to walk more. I have a hard time too being upper heavy (booby heavy). And it just hurts my back to walk a lot. If you can do 10 miles i can get out there and make myself to at least 5! Keep up the good work! And your breakfast looks delicious!
I found out one thing. I ate a salad for Breakfast 4 days and a lunch of some kind lunch looked like dinner really. Raisin Bran for dinner My clothes got loose in just 4 days I will start again Monday I have to go to the market or I Would start tomorrow again

I do a minimum of 10,000 steps every day. Sometimes 20k plus. And I started eating only 2 meals per day. Lost 29 lbs in 10 months. Keep up the good work. You'll get there.

I am in hot a** Phoenix so walking during the summer is a no-no. But ill join you and walk in place for 30mins. I need to lose weight as well.

I do a minimum of 10,000 steps every day. Sometimes 20k plus. And I started eating only 2 meals per day. Lost 29 lbs in 10 months. Keep up the good work. You'll get there.

i love the press on nails with the adhesive instead of the glue but the nails on both are really nice

I try to walk 1 to 2 miles a day Monday to Friday. (Intentionally) anything more is a plus. One day I’ll get to 10 miles a day. I do get that in on vacation but not daily. Maybe one day. I’m proud of you girl.

Worship makes me cry sometimes; I can easily hide my tears. But if I catch the ghost, I know I'll be flipping over a few picnic tables, and I can't be showing out like that... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
