I’m buying this on day one bc I need the MIGHTY AZURE LION!!! And bc it’s a great set overall,minifigure selection,materials,the mech looks like a power hungry king like he’s becoming,and the cloud is a great way to balance out the fight,you got the king with a golden big staff and the kid who’s starting to resemble where he comes from
I mean tbh I don’t really want printing on the back of the legs or something because if you attach the four studs to any bricks you could ruin the printing
The two villains of this season of Monkie kid dont translate well in minifigure form, specifically the bird and lion. They really could have used new hair molds.
@@s.s.tvideo4661 (checks Bricklink) Oh God you are right. I think its the head that is bothering me, that face printing is way off compared to their expressions in the show. Doesnt have as big of a nose, mouth, eyebrows, or any visible cheekbones. With the bird one, I can definitely say he has the wrong hairstyle. The feather on his head should not be so pronounced and he needs tufts of feathers as a hair piece. Should also be said that both the Lion and Elephant are suppose to be big figs, but that I can go away with since Sandy is also a regular minifigure due to cost issues.
LMK has always struggled a little bit w the figures themselves i find. it just can’t quite capture the shows style the same way. pigsy has always looked WAY off imo
It's a good mech. It's just lacking detail to be great mech. If you compare it to the other MK mechs this one doesn't feel finished. All the others have flags, capes, skirt pieces, pipes, curves. This is just a plastic brick with limited mobility.
