Wow, this works for me. I did encounter stuttering with some cheap BT buds, but my top-of-the-line, low-latency buds worked pretty well with almost no lag. Since I don't do online MP shooters, any lag isn't a big issue for me. It's just nice to 'cut the cord' and also to use my super BT earbuds rather than my decent but cheap wired ones. Many thanks!

This works OK apart from you have to leave phone or tablet on. So it's like a mirror image of your xbox / TV. The phone battery won't last long and keeping it on charge isn't great. If there is away so you can turn phone screen off with it all still working would be great

Not to be harsh or anything I broke my headphones and I'm looking over video on how to pair my other Bluetooth headphones to it and I don't want to waste my phone's battery or keep it on charge so it blows up this is a $7,000 phone so if you if people don't know how to do it already then that's a great they have a video for that but you should at least put in the comment section or something that you're not paying to your Xbox you're paying it to your phone or something like that say mobile to Xbox or use the Xbox app cuz I'm tired of the clickbait videos like that but thanks for showing us how to do it people that don't know how to do it I'm glad to have UA-camrs that do this kind of stuff usually people don't do it and you take through an hour to find videos like this but make it sound better
Totally understand but I didn't make this video to satisfy everyone i made it for the people that need to use Bluetooth headphones. Sorry this didn't help you but it's helped others and that's all that matters

Download WHICH Xbox app? There are several.
The one that just says Xbox only
It work on sound but the mic won't work
So you have to do it through the xbox app? What happened to the old days of just plugging the wire into your xbox and it working? I have a wireless and wire headphone but can't get them to work. I guess I need to set up console on the app first.
With a wire you either need an adapter or you can plug it straight in. The method in the video is for wireless earbuds only

I got mine connected, but there seems to be a sound delay.
That's probably due to wifi, if you use 4g you should be good
i got 5g but still delays :/
@@joni1945 damn that sucks, its cus Xbox only let us wirelessly connect through Bluetooth which has really slow speeds aswell so even though the wifi is good the sound will be delayed when it travels today your phone

Maybe try following all the steps again, also try connecting your earbuds to your phone before you connect your phone to your Xbox. Using the app connected to your Xbox and then connect your earbuds to you phone is the only way unfortunately. Hope this helps 👍

Sorry about this but you need a strong wifi connection to be able to do this, as you're technically streaming your Xbox to your phone and if your wifi isn't great, the audio will be very laggy.
