MSPA Reader arguably had the most heartbreaking story of every Homestuck character
for he loves them all and saw them all suffer and die, and no matter the timeline, he knows them all and suffers wth them
this song and animation really makes this game look like something badass but...its really just an awkward dude gettin some pretty damn good friends

Becoming friends with all these fucked up kids was a real trip. I was just watching Ryan do it, but I still felt all those good feels. I wish I could watch all over again. It helped me really understand the breadth of LE's whole plan and how terrible he really was.
It really introduced us to what trolls have to go through more than homestuck ever could since we didn't spend much time on alternia and to see all the suffering they had to go through on a daily basis really makes you attached

man, despite how weird shit is, Homestuck really led to some amazing things, being an amazing thing itself. Like this video, and the community that helped make it, comprised of people changed by Homestuck. Truly amazing.
Edited, because I forgot how much I loved this video. Every troll getting a bit of time, and seeing my favorites like Cirava, Bronya, Karako, Chahut, and Daraya was just amazing. Perfect song choice as well. Made me like a P!ATD song, because I’m a sucker for anthem type music. I even recognized some of the artists, like the one who drew the Konyyl part. The video makes me emotional because I’m in love with MC and his infinite friendships. And the part with Fozzer just GOT ME. Amazing job with the editing. I’m extremely happy to have viewed this piece of art. What a compilation of elation, anguish, and other such emotions I’ve felt watching this, what a compilation of moments that made me fall in love with these characters, and what a compilation of events that led to the making of this art and subsequent video. I read Homestuck in early 2018, can you imagine that? And it’s already changed me in ways I can’t even describe. Thank you all.
And thanks to Hussie, for making these warm colored horn bearing creatures. Love this series.

But this game felt like they were talking directly to you and it touched me somehow having hopes to arrive home and speak with my "Friends"

I think not having friends or not realizing you had friends until it was too late is a huge problem in this current society.
It's jarring how looking at my life through a Homestuck filter. I tested myself as a space player and read up as much as I could on the subject. I used to close myself off on purpose but then it became natural due to whatever my attitude was in life: angry, toxic, then nervous.
I honestly don't know what's worse: being ignored or being painted you're not? Me and my older brother have some form of autism and it was never addressed until it was too late for either of us. I was painted as an angel when at my school I would try to hurt others with my backpack if I though I'd lose a gummy bear.
Sorry. I didn't mean for this to turn into a thing about me. I think my ranting and refusal to fix my rants could be me "creating space" or "taking space".

i never finished homestuck (i'm gonna soon pls don't kill me), and have only seen some of the friendsim (after finishing hiveswap), but i've always wanted to make something out of this song and seeing this is just pushing me further. seeing that has been made is amazing and made me nearly cry. it's one of the best things i've ever seen and i love it.

Oh my god this is just so beautiful and everything I could ever ask for. It really captured the true essence of Hiveswap as a whole and I can tell a lot of effort was put into making it. The long wait was absolutely worth it. Every single picture in this were drawned so beautifully in their own ways. Each and everyone of the artists did an amazing job and I hope that Hiveswap reaches a new generation of people and brand new fans like me. Ngl the Friendsims were the last positive things to come out before everything took a nosedive, I fell in love in with these trolls and the MSPA Reader most of all. They deserved so much better in the end and it's a shame they were mostly squandered.

Hi, I made this comment because I've been feeling down lately and I just felt like I need to write this out or I'll be feeling worse. It is sad so don't read it if you don't want to be sad too please.
I don't know why, but whenever I hear the start line I get reminded of death. The way the song describes how they can't seem to go back, how its like everything is falling down around them. It sounds like as if someone is about to die and they go through the emotions as they slowly go to rest. I don't know if I feel like that because I've been feeling down nowadays or because I started to feel like it's useless to go forward. I try not to listen to the song, but it sounds good, so I only allow myself to listen to it sparingly.
