Hi, I made this comment because I've been feeling down lately and I just felt like I need to write this out or I'll be feeling worse. It is sad so don't read it if you don't want to be sad too please. I don't know why, but whenever I hear the start line I get reminded of death. The way the song describes how they can't seem to go back, how its like everything is falling down around them. It sounds like as if someone is about to die and they go through the emotions as they slowly go to rest. I don't know if I feel like that because I've been feeling down nowadays or because I started to feel like it's useless to go forward. I try not to listen to the song, but it sounds good, so I only allow myself to listen to it sparingly.
I haven't heard this for so long and had it in my work playlist. The jumpscare I got was 😭.

I already loved the song before, but to see it make into a lyricstuck. YES! Ngl the Friendsims were the last positive things to come out before everything took a nosedive, I fell in love in with these trolls and the MSPA Reader most of all. They deserved so much better in the end and it's a shame they were mostly squandered.

That would be a classic case of the uncanny valley effect. Something so close to realistic, but not quite all there, resulting in something unsettling compared to total realism or something less realistic.
This is freaking beautiful, and actually what made me play the friendsim in the first place. I came back to this after finishing it and... the feels, dude. I feel like, nostalgia? Or something like it? Even though it's just a game and I never actually experienced any of these things, it feels like it's a part of me in some way. Thanks so much for this! Absolutely awesome job!

This is an old comment but watch Friendsim if you haven't already. It's the best piece of homestuck media in the past few years. It's well paced, amazingly written and it just makes you feel good every time you make a friend. The ending's a little unfairly sad though.
Hiveswap made Act 2 such a wild experience. I had a personal connection to nearly every one of these random side characters and I suffered every time I wasn't best friends with a troll as I left.
