Actually, I think it's more fitting for Ninguang to remain a four star. I would say she's on a similar DPS level as Keqing. Many people nowadays complain about how Keqing's damage has fallen behind compared to the other five stars--had she been a four star, people would praise her damage as much as Ninguang's.
@@Rime_24 Ningguang is not unusable by any means, but in terms of a four star unit, she has a lot of utility in overworks exploration and her damage scales well I don't use her because I don't like how her attacks feel, but Ningguang is really good for DPS in terms of a four star unit. Of course she won't do damage on par with top five star DPS units, and like was stated in this thread she's similar power-wise to Keqing. Ningguang is good for sustained, consistent damage and her jade screen has really good utility for leyline defense and for helping support other geo units as well as herself. She can very well carry a player to and throughout the endgame because Genshin is not that hard to beat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@@buynaaradnaa2590 nah.... Lost prayer is best weapon for most of the dps catalyst user Ningguang can't even use the full passive of kaguras variety that's only usable for Miko and lisa
@@SenpaiOG_69 its tested by theory crafters and kaguras is still her current best in slot cus of the crit damage main stat + you have to be 16 seconds (i think) on field for lost prayers passive to be maxed which is not usually the case you get like 1 stack every rotation
i hope my next 5-star drop from the standard banner is going to be lost prayer to the sacred winds... i have a memory of dust but her crit stats are dogshit due to my terrible artifact substat luck

Go for crit rate headpiece if your weapon has crit dmg main stat
