@hiddenhidden5339 I will correct you there. You are right about both plane families being nerfed. But there is a difference. Fw190's have been nerfed and kept their battlerating. That is a double blow and hurts them a lot. Fw190's didn't turn that badly and by the advent of the Fw190 A-3 all overheating issues have been solved. So A-4 and A-5's overheating makes no sense. Regarding the I-185's they first git downtiered which made their life easier, they then got nerfed, primarily in turn-radius, which although is a nerf, I would rather call a fix. I-185's are very stubby planes with small wings, they never turned well irl. It was a simple interceptor with a good climb rate to get to altitude relatively quickly. They have sacrificed many amenities to keep the weight low and this is the reason it would never be great vs other fighters in a dogfight. Conclusion is: Fw190 are truly nerfed, because they are worse in WT than they were in real life. I-185's are now closer to what they were in real life. Gaijin shows, that they have no idea what they are doing. And Soviets overall don't feel the sting of the nerf of I-185 anyway. They rely on Yak spam anyway. Followed by La's. I-185's are rarely seen.

The best cooling system of WW2 is now among the worst, meanwhile He177, TIS-MA, I-225, I-185, ITP, Yak-3 vk-107, La-7 don't overheat despite be known for engine troubles and engine fires, catastrophic failures. Yet the fighter with least overheating issues, actually none, gets hit by this nerf. A-5 was the first 190 I really started learning 190's on. Many idiots, maining post war experimental super props but also the common Rank 3 undertiered OP plane abuser love the fact that the only Axis plane that could run them down in a dive is now nerfed. A-5 being rekt, means J2M, Ki-84, Yaks and Spitfires and La's can breath easily now.
They always modeled the A5 on the Jabo versions with 100s of kilos of belly armor. They banned me from their forums a decade ago for pointing this out. It is almost like they hate German stuff. Weird.
They also nerfed the Seafire Fr47 from its real life performance, but the yaks get insanely good stuff, even performing better than they did in real life like the Yak3u and the Vk107, ¡they should add how the engines exploded midair for no reason like IRL and those well known structure failures!
Damn just tested it, what a shitshow they did to that plane. Did they screw others, A-8? Doras affected? Seem to fly the same, though I kind of been thinking they go yellow a bit earlier. Might be my impression.
A-1 is overheating now. Manageable though but still annoying. A-4 has huge overheating issues, you will suffer on hit maps or prolonged fights where you just need WEP all the time. All A-5 are borderline useless with flightmodel and severe overheating. A-8 and F-8 are untouched and currently have the best cooling and most responsive elevator at high speeds. Dora flightmodels are the same, just D-12's elevator is worse for no reason and the Doras including Ta H because it has the same engine as Doras, all overheat more now but they are manageable with MEC.
Back when I was a noob I spammed the A-4. Had terrible KD with it, but atleast when the 20s hit they killed. Now the 190As are actually helples. Well except the A1.
A-8 and F-8 and Doras are still good. Not great but good. A-1 is almost OP at 3.0 All A-4 + S-5's are garbage now due to overheating and flightmodel nerfs.

I definitely noticed the overheating issue with MEC though ... If I don't drop down engine throttle to 80% and wait for 30 sec, it just won't cool down the Oil Temps ... Please keep making it work! I like the music, good choice for the hype!

@Just_A_French_Gamer No problem, they are basically the same plane but, Hitler wanted all new fighters to also be easily used for bombing missions. So the A-4 was modified to put the engine 30cm forward in order to shift the center of gravity so that bombs can be more easily carried. It also features an upgraded cooling system with better cooling flaps inside and gives the A-5 a better top speed. Other than that, the engine and everything else is identical.
A-1's overheating nerf is annoying, especially on the hot maps but still manageable. A-4 is literally the best "A-5" and also has lowest br. At 4.0 and gets 4 cannons. The overheating is still bad but not as unplayable as A-5's. The Antons that are not nerfed at all in terms of overheating are the F-8 and A-8. They literally have the best cooling out of all 190's atm. A-8 can even run 0 % rads on some maps. Doras have been nerfed too but they are manageable like A-1.

how is it nerfed?? I played this plane several times and I managed to reverse a couple people, and gun them down the climbrate isn't too bad and the guns hit hard roll rate is good and diving characteristics are also good I don't see any problem with the aircraft.
All A-5's got a flight model nerf. They turn worse, flat spin essier, and lose elevator authority completely under 300km/h. They used to be able to turn with P-51's and roll or snap-roll at any speeds but now they just fall outof the sky doing that. They also overheat like crazy. It was said the overheating will be fixed in next major update. Fingers crossed.
@@the6tharmy I don't really let the overheating issue affect my focus on the battle, I don't use manuel controls either i don't really see it as a problem until the Temp starts flashing red by then i just throttle down to 90%-95% to compensate, other then that idc about the 'overheating' nerf.
@@Redbaron1006-warthunder well you either didn't fly much A-5's or you are pretty useless in it running it at 90%, that is over 200HP loss. You are not climbing or catching or outrunning anything.
@@the6tharmy I keep my engine at 100% consistency, and I side-climb because of the average climbrate, also its a pretty good headon machine, but the main strength of it is in the reversals, also i try to gain and balance my energy states between altitude and airspeed, i try to get to 5000m and at about 400km/h of airspeed.

At low speeds, 190 by using flaps can also outturn 109.
Not all 190's can, but some of them can.

I trained my aim simply by using the same cannon for a long while.
If you switch constantly it can be quite hard to adjust.
