I've watched every performance of Scream.... They haven't lack or anything.. They've been Energetic + live + slaying every performance......... And hearing they didn't won the show make me wanna cry ... 😑.... Like how can they not won the show.. especially with this performance .... Ughhh!! I'm so mad 😭😑
Well, unfortunately they ran up against a group with huge album sales and an even bigger fan base, so that makes it hard, but honestly, they have accounted themselves well on this comeback by being one of the finalists in almost all of the shows. That shows their Korean fan base is growing. Timing is such a huge factor with comeback success and they just had a little bad luck in that regard. I know it has to be frustrating as a Dreamcatcher fan that they haven't had some breakthrough wins yet., but they seem to be getting closer. Hopefully they tour in the Americas, Europe, and Asia this spring/summer.
I haven’t listened to Kpop since I was a kid. Girl’s generation and Wonder Girls. 10 years later I found Dreamcatcher and was captivated by them. They’re the only Kpop group I Stan and will ever need for the rest of my life.
This is random but I really love this rookie boygroup - they are named ATEEZ and they are one of the few artists who I can shuffle play on spotify and not skip a single song! I recommend that you check them out! They are truly incredible and talented too ❤❤😔

I’m also picky with groups, but Dreamcatcher is just incredible. I used to listen to a lot of alternative rock/gothic metal back in middle school and this comeback specifically gave me severe Evanescence vibes. 😭(not to mention, most of their songs sound like they came off of an anime. As an otaku, that’s literally a blessing to the ears.) These girls are one of the FEW groups I actively follow. I’m glad an older fan like yourself has been enjoying their music.

Rock/EDM with crazy vocals, production, actual instrumentation, as well as insane composition and detail. To other groups who just win because of already established popularity. The system where the rich get richer is making K-pop bland. It is a surface level flaw of the industry that doesn't allow actual artists to thrive. I am not even talking about just the members. I am talking about the composers, producers, musicians, and directors as well. The team behind this song should be getting every award, instead it is given to bands that are releasing cookie cutter music. This is no attack on other bands, it is an attack on the deflation of artistry.

The intensity in their eyes and the way the express the feeling of the song through their face is just unparalleled compared to other girl groups.
