I found another one but I'm not sure how it really works because i keep getting it accidentally. Its the same tech(like doing it on a specific time)but with precision jumping and the boost (i think) its nice bc you can combine it with wall running

At first i could not do the flow spring, but then i realized I was holding LT the whole way. It only works if you tap LT
