** INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DESIGN CHALLENGE **
You can submit your design challenge by sending an email or text to designchallenge@icloud.com
You MUST be an active subscriber to Traditions By The Seasons (TBTS)
If you don’t have a UA-cam account you may create one at the Google Account sign in page
- Click on Create Account and follow the instructions
- Once your google account is created, make sure to sign in at Google Account sign in page
- The go to / traditionsbytheseasons
- Then click on the Subscribe button and you are done
Please include the following in your email or text
- A brief 1-3 min video and a few photos of the room with different angles
- Introduce yourself
- Where you are from
- Your design challenge, objectives and styles
- Estimated budget
- Your UA-cam profile name, Email or phone number
Tips
- Make sure you have really good lighting for your camera
- Shoot various angles of the room
- Speak clearly and keep it brief
- Let’s have fun!
Submissions will be open from Friday June 14th 3 PM ET until Friday June 21st 3 PM ET
As stated this is an experiment and I will be selecting one design challenge and if all goes well maybe more.
If you are selected I will be contacting you via email or phone and ask you agree to a release allowing me to use your content with no restrictions. I will then create a curated design for you and share it with you as well as create a video of the design to be shared on my channel, which may include your video clips, photos, first name only and your general location (state or country). No other personal information will be shared.
All content must be family friendly, no vulgar language or anything inappropriate.
The design service is offered for entertainment and educational purposes.

Liz. I am an RN. I had to have a knee replacement left knee. Don't put it off. My left knee was bad. Bone on bone and very painful. I had a titanium implant. Had the surgery and up the next morning and PT had me climbing stairs because l lived in a trilevel home and stairs everywhere. There is pain. I won't lie but the pain medication given by your Dr will help. Follow PT instructions soon will have a successful recovery. I did great and no problems. I hope you do well. Liz, don't put off knee surgery too long because the older you are, when you do get it, the harder and longer it will take to recover.

Liz I feel for you with the knee issues. I saw my doctor yesterday and she is sending me to an orthopedic Tuesday. I don’t want replacement surgery. I hope to get shots to help me be more mobile. Best wishes to you in your recovery.

You may want to include a length limit for videos because short for one person could be 3 minutes and 10 for another 😊

Hi Liz, amazing idea! Can’t wait to see this in action! Where is the wooden console from? The one you showed as an example. I’m shopping for something exactly like that. Good luck with your knees. After physical therapy , you will be like new. I don’t know a single person who has regretted getting a knee replacement. The early stages of recovery are challenging, but it’s very manageable and the results are worth it.
There are options for knee surgery. You don’t have to have those big scares down the front of your legs. There are more advanced ways . I know you have to do the shot route first so hang in there..

Yes, I want to participate in the design challenge. I've been a subscriber for years. Also, don't delay knee replacement. My husband had to have the surgery on both knees six months apart. He now will tell you he wished he'd done it sooner.
