- In the first installment of my new custom showcase series, I'll be showing of my customized 2022 Percy, utilizing the 2019 Wood Percy's face and wheels.
This video is made for both kids and adults. Kids can enjoy seeing their favorite characters on screen and memorable stories being remade or personal stories being told, and teens/adults can enjoy the production value/scale of the video.
“I played with my Percy so much that He looked like the Thomas wood Percy” haha, had me rolling! Great job on this custom!

Another way to remove the Thomas WOOD faces is by heating up a knife (around being red-hot), then slicing between the face & smokebox. That’s what I did for my WOOD Edward (threw out the remains but kept the face & wheels)

I personally like the original shocked face that was supposed to be there but your custom is pretty good!
I was also thinking of doing something like this, just for the fact that he looks smaller make him look much better in scale, and even better in that one scene in TGR he looks in scale with Thomas as well as Philip!

Perhaps it's because I have some Wooden Railway models of Percy with the normal smiling face (specifically the 2002 model), but I personally don't mind the 2022 Wooden Railway Percy's surprised face (in fact, it was the reason I bought it). It works perfectly for episodes like Percy Takes the Plunge and A Scarf For Percy.
Those Wood Percy models that were dismantled for the 2022 Wooden Railway Percy custom look like they're headed for the scrapyard. That's where the Thomas Wood line belongs.

I have a 2022 percy and Wood percy, I can change the Wheels but.. My mom will give me a serious talk with me about my newer custom that I converted.
oh the reason why the face wouldn't pop of was because this is thomas WOOD percy not thomas WOODEN RAILWAY percy and Thomas WOOD models have their face attached to the smokebox. so all of the WOOD models are like that it's not your model problem, it's the design problem
0:53 I remember having some wooden railway Percy’s but I lost all of them and the last one who mostly live is my bubble Percy which my dog (who’s name is jet) chewed one of his weels and got that big corner and the corner was cut of but then his chassis broke off and was taped on but then I lost it

How do you cut the wheels off without damaging them?
I just modified my 60 anniversary percy and put it on a small chassis make the chassis longer just a tad no mods on the model it's self
