  • This video is the VFX Breakdown of my short film The 74th Hunger Games Fan Film showcasing Katniss and Peeta's journey throughout the 74th annual Hunger Games. A fan made recreation of scenes in 2012's The Hunger Games. The tribute parade, the cornucopia bloodbath, Rue's death, and Katniss and Peeta winning the games.

    Whoa! There was a lot more that went into this than I had expected! Even something as simple as blurring out a VFX element to give the illusion of a lower aperture or a good depth of field, you don't notice these things watching the film, but when you watch the breakdown you realize how much it sold the effect! Nice work once again Ryan!

      Yes your totally correct! Noticing these things can only really be done in vfx breakdowns that's why I love them so much!😁

    Brilliantly done and shows what's needed to produce something like this.
    Most impressive, for me, was how you matched the lighting for the green screen with the environment.

      Yes my actors were very comfused with the greenscreen and me moving lights everywhere around then but it ended up looking pretty good in the end!🙂
