FA county coach developer, Bex Garlick, delivers a coaching session focusing on defending in central areas with a group of players aged 17-21. In part 1, the players are tasked to be compact in central areas. Garlick also helps them to recognise when to press and when to cover, in order to stop the opposition playing the ball to their target player.
