Bruh! I just followed your directions and tweaked a few things and it came out soooooooo dope. Every 3 mins I sprayed apple cider vinegar and then when I foiled it, I sprayed more. That’s all. I didn’t use any cola or brown sugar. I just use some meat church honey hog hot and honey bacon bbq rub, apricot bbq sauce and the honey drizzle. Man that’s good!

How would I adjust it I wanted bite size peices? Like 1/4 of your chunks. Would you suggest cutting before or after or adjusting time instead?

Gave me something to try on the new XL Grill. Changed it up a bit. Cubed pork butt, tamarind soda, Costco sweet mesquite rub, Chipotle Honey BBQ sauce as substitutions. Bit of brown sugar instead of your sweet mix I don't have. Came out great. Will try again with Dr Pepper methinks. Thanks for the starting point!

Question from a newbie... Could you just open up the package and put them back in in the alum foil and juices to finish at the 8 minute point? Just thinking of the messy cleanup minimization :)

I’ve seen a bunch of “poor man’s burnt ends” using chuck roast. I was wondering if I could use your same recipe you used in this video for chuck roast instead of pork belly strips. Thoughts? Love the channel. Your videos are one of the reasons I bought foodi !

These look delicious. I rarely cook but just received my Foodi grill yesterday and want to try these. Is it possible to use brisket instead of pork belly? Would it cook the same?

    • @CookingWithCJ

I've made Pork Belly burnt ends several times but wanted to change it up this time. I just finished making 3lbs of homemade bacon out of a package of Costco pork belly strips. Rather than slicing them, I want to try this recipe with the same size bacon chunks. Any tips or cautions? Bacon Candy here I come!

    • @CookingWithCJ

Can’t say the same about the video.
