      Or equipment period. Slow cookers, rice cookers, crock pots etc… none are very expensive but you still don’t actually *need* them to cook anything. I want to learn how to do everything on the stove before I start taking shortcuts!

      Don't get me wrong. This makes things easy. Depending I guess... but I saved up for 6 months and bought a wifi smoker from sportmans for like $450. It's worth the time man!

    Olive oil
    Garlic Powder
    Mesquite
    Paprika
    Ancho Chipotle
    bbq sauce
    275 degrees
    3 hours, check every hour and spray apple juice / apple cider vinegar
    bbq sauce
    15-30min in oven
    put in mouth

      My hubby was supposed to cook them on the smoker but we got sidetracked. He asked me if I could do them in the oven. I had to research many videos to find something simple for me.

      @@itsyourkitchen7919 I will have to make them again, I used a honey based rub and with the brown sugar I put on top it was a tiny bit sweet but not bad by any means. I’ll leave the brown sugar out next time of use about a 1/4 a cup. Thanks for your video!

    Usually i get a pork loin; use a cleaver & cut it width wise, pan sear them, then bbq sauce, proceeded by a bun & the fix-ens, or just on a plate by their lonesome.

    I made these a few times and they are great. I live in a townhouse community so I can’t grill. Things fantastic only changes I made were I coated in Dijon mustard instead of oil and used hot honey in the end. Good job it’s hard to have bbq in living situation such as mine. Not bad for a packers fan lol who dat haha

    I like to use the Stubbs liquid smoke in the beginning and make a maple bourbon glaze for the end. Looks great!

    Update!!! Made these for a Mother’s Day as a gift to myself and everyone love them. But I was only able to save two for myself.LOL II used Tuffy Stone seasoning and bbq sauce on them. lol. So thank you so much for the great recipe.

    I made mine with..get this...boneless pork backbone. I swear that's what was on the package. Dirt cheap. I did mine on a pellet grill at the station (with a pellet tube smoker inside) , finished them in the oven. I couldn't tell the difference between them and some real belly made on a huge stick burner at a BBQ competition at the Frio River. Greetings from S.E. Texas. Go Cowboys!

    Used this method but went for a honey sriracha instead. They were insane I definitely recommend.
    (Tip: if you’re doing honey sir sriracha I recommend adding some Chinese mustard, soy, and Sweet Mirin to your seasonings before cooking and glazing.

    Made this today and I am so glad that I decided to try your recipe out of all the recipe's I found on how to cook pork belly burnt ends in the oven. Turned out great and family loved it, this is going to be a new family favorite! I love how simple it is to make with ingredients I always have on hand. I used sweet baby Ray BBQ sauce because that's what we always have in the fridge and pantry and skipped adding the honey.
